The Bramley Hill Day Centre
27 Bramley Hill, South Croydon, CR2 6LX
The Bramley Hill Centre provides a friendly and supportive environment with work, therapies and social & educational activities for people with cerebral palsy, degenerative conditions and acquired disabilities.
Up to 50 adults from eighteen years of age onwards, with a very wide range of disabilities, attend the Centre, coming mainly from the Croydon area but also from surrounding boroughs.
Clients are generally referred by their local authorities but The Centre welcomes self referrals; places can be purchased on a daily or half daily basis.
The Centre's aim is to encourage confidence, develop skills and to motivate individuals to use their abilities to the full so that they can maintain the best quality of life possible. A 'Person Centred Plan' and Care Package is developed with each client as they start attending the Day Centre.
With a multi-disciplinary team providing support with activities and personal care, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, social worker support, a midday meal and transport, clients attending the Centre can feel confident that they will receive the best possible care and support. For more information on making a referral please contact the Centre Manager.
